I’ll say this about guns everywhere: there was a case in Texas, a normal traffic stop. Somehow the driver had gotten out and also had a gun. So a random passer by saw what happened, so he gets out of his 6can and approaches with a gun of his own. He stopped running, took the proper stance, and shot at the criminal. Sadly he was not a responsible gun owner, because he’s driving around with a loaded gun. Instead of going to the range and practice. The training was supposed to be for everything, and he’d also demonstrated firearms before.

the bombing of japan wasn't becuase of pearl harbor it was becuase at the time Germany had already surrendered and America had captured pretty much all of japans islands surrounding the mainland. instead of invading the mainland like they did Normandy they drops papers from plans warning civilians in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and neighboring towns and villages that they were going to be bombing the city's. they wanted to force japan into surrendering with as little casualties as possible. unfortunately the civilians didn't understand that this wasn't going to be a normal bombing and so most of them didn't leave and on top of that the A bomb was even surprised the American government on how devastating they were.

late to the video, but im only just seeing it, so.... 12:32 - yes, gordon can make soul food. gordon travelled all over the world learning how to cook in each country, not just england. he is so passionate and critical about these foods, that he has even gone ape shit on people who can't even cook their countries own food. there are tons of episodes on kitchen nightmares where gordon tells italians that they cook shit italian food, telling jamaicans they cook crap jerk, & indians who cook poor indian food. then you have his world tour shows where he goes around the world to meet chefs & learn their dishes & culture. gordon doesn't just judge people on what they present to him, he critiques everything based on his experience and knowledge of food from travelling the globe and learning the craft from the best chefs world wide. gordon has every right to judge & be mad. the "aunties" already approve him, trust me. and best thing is, if they don't approve and he needs work to get better, gordon is more than happy to accept something he is unfamiliar with and take the student seat. that's what makes this man so great.
